At Maison Kaji, it is our endeavor to make your shopping experience seamless, enjoyable, simple and hassle-free. Therefore, we ensure that every product you order is in perfect condition and that it reaches you within the time stipulated by us. 

Types of Shipping Available

We provide two modes of shipping to our customers within India:

Normal Delivery:  By Surface Transport which takes between 7-10 business days

Express Delivery: We understand you might want your purchase arriving earlier than planned, for which you could get in touch with us post placing your order, and for a little extra charge, we could possibly plan this out for you.

For International Orders: We fulfill our order commitments within 15-20 business days for all international orders. Tracking ID will be provided for you to check progress at any point in time. 

Shipping Charges

For Domestic Orders:

 

We charge a flat fee of Rs 250 per order for all orders below Rs 5000. Shipping for Orders Above Rs 5000 will be free of charge.

 

*Extra Handling Charges Applicable on Furniture, Lighting & Wall Mirrors.

For International Orders:

These are calculated based on your geographical location, and will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. Delivery Time & Tracking Information

For Domestic Orders: 

Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped along with tracking details, for a complete update of our delivery process. 

For International Orders: 

Please allow 15-20 business days before the order reaches you. An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped along with tracking details, for a complete update of our delivery process.
